Bringing Industry Leaders together to exchange ideas for a successful future within the publishing and media industry

The knk Group announces its first knk Thought Leadership Event in New York. It will take place April 22 in 515 Madison Avenue – 10th Floor, New York, NY 10022.
Confirmed speakers are:

  • Keynote by David Cully, President Emeritus of Baker & Taylor who will receive the Sally Dedecker Award for Lifetime Service at Book Industry Study Group’s annual meeting April 24 in New York.
  • Nancy Roberts, Founder and CEO at Umbrella, applying AI to deliver diversity, and Head of Technology & Content at Maverick, a global consulting firm specializing in the publishing industry.
  • Sebastian Mayeres, Chief Operation Officer of knk Software LP.
  • Moderation by David M. Hetherington, Chief Marketing Officer of knk Software LP and Member of the Board of Directors of BISG (Secretary).

We want to start a new tradition, bringing together Thought Leaders from the book publishing and media sectors and provide a forum to exchange ideas – an event from the industry for the industry.”

The Thought Leadership event will take place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Following this, an additional networking opportunity will be offered. Number of participants attending is limited to 50 people.
